The QuickCam Connect drivers are Windows-only. Next time check to make sure whatever you’re planning on buying is Mac-compatible. You don’t have to worry about generic things like keyboards and mice, but anything that needs to install a driver will need OS X drivers to work. Logitech has never been big on supporting non-Windows OSs. They’ve got Windows drivers for all their hardware, but no Linux drivers, and only a few half-assed attempts at OS X drivers for some of their products.
